Got Married?

SimpleRegistry and TravelersJoy can help you enjoy your wedding AND reduce stress.

Tony Alexander, founder of the websites, is a successful entrepreneur and investor who knows how to bring the fun. He is witty and charismatic, loves to travel and has a knack for technology. He founded TravelersJoy in 2005, grew the company quickly, and founded SimpleRegistry in 2011 based off inspiration from his first venture.

A bit about the businesses…

TravelersJoy is a honeymoon registry started in 2005. It allows couples to register for different elements of their honeymoon, like a nice dinner, horseback ride to a vineyard, or a night’s stay at a hotel. Their friends and family can purchase their gift through the registry and help fund the couple’s upcoming honeymoon. TravelersJoy takes a 7.5% transaction fee with every purchase.

SimpleRegistry makes it easy to create, manage, share and receive any type of gift for any occasion by incorporating items that are traditionally found on registries with non-traditional gifts that are hard to curate through a unified Web application. For each transaction, SimpleRegistry charges a 3.5 percent service fee that can be waived with a one-time $35 membership purchase. All names and addresses for the gift-givers are saved and compiled into one database so you can be sure to thank everyone after your wedding.
