Maurice Coffey

Maurice Coffey is the associate marketing director for US Scale Marketing Operations at Procter & Gamble. In his current role, Coffey is responsible for defining the US strategy for scale platforms across the Top 30 brands w/in the $60B brand portfolio. Throughout his career, Coffey’s innovative ideas have established him as “one of the best up-and-coming marketers at P&G.” Maurice was selected by Advertising Age as Top 40 Marketers under 40 in 2006 and one of seven admitted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement in 2006. Since joining P&G fifteen years ago, Maurice has significantly changed the way P&G markets household brands. His leadership style and vision to push beyond traditional brand marketing has transformed cleaning products, like Swiffer, into “pop icons.” Maurice’s unique ability to understand the everyday lives of consumers has inspired creative advertising that continues to revolutionize mundane tasks into breakthrough marketing platforms like P&G’s first environmental sustainability platform (Future Friendly) in the US, and a 150 college campus marketing platform (Ready U). In addition, he is credited for developing and launching two new-to-the-world fabric and home care consumer brands (Swiffer & Dryel), revolutionizing the entire household CPG category.
