Bill Forquer is a principal at Priiva, a boutique consulting firm specializing in applying game theory to simulate market outcomes and optimize acquisition and exit strategies. Previously, Bill led a variety of strategic, marketing, alliance, and go-to-market initiatives at Open Text Corp as the company grew from $60M to $1B in revenue. This included applying game theory to market and competitive analysis. Bill began his career at Battelle Labs developing library and litigation software that subsequently spun-off to become Information Dimensions where he ultimately became CEO. Information Dimensions was acquired by Open Text in 1998. Bill received a B.S. degree in Mathematics Education and a M.S. degree in Computer & Information Science, both from The Ohio State University.
