Rich Kiley is a former P&G executive who has been extensively involved in venture capital, company formation and technology-growth driven economic development. During his 33-year career at P&G, he started P&G’s venture capital fund and was the co-founder of Reflect.com - a customized beauty care company that was spun out and funded by Redpoint Ventures. Rich helped start CincyTechUSA, a regional tech-driven economic development program, and later worked with Fort Washington Investment Advisors to create the $40 million Tri-State Growth Capital Fund. He co-founded the Ohio Technology Partnership which brought together the regional technology growth groups working with state government leadership, resulting in what became Ohio’s $1.5 billion Third Frontier Program. Rich also co-founded the Blue Chip Validation Fund which invests in very early stage technology companies. He currently serves as the leader for the Consumer Marketing efforts of Cincinnati’s Agenda360.
